Horticultural Expo Legacy Development and Planning | Feasibility Study

- AEDP was commissioned by the Wuhan City Government to develop a vision plan for the site of the (former) 2015 Wuhan Garden Expo, a 223-hectare site in the Jinkou are of the city, which had been left idle after the horticultural expo had closed.
- The scope of work included a high level feasibility study and recommendations for redeveloping the site as a mixed-use development with enhanced residential, a compact theme park, cultural, sports as well as public functions.
