- AEDP was commissioned to study the compatibility of international brands for the theme entertainment projects within resort environment and provide support for negotiating licensing agreements.
- In a later stage, a full feasibility study was developed for two separate resort developments in Central China which are to include a waterpark, several hotels and a RDE development in addition to the Village Roadshow theme park.
- Subsequently a study was commissioned to choose the best available site amongst an initial selection of four sites brought out by a recognized developer in Southern China.
