• Retained by a visitor attractions group to assess the market potential and economic outlook of a purchase of a small-scale European theme park that was put up for sale.
• After an initial study and an intense audit of its current operations a market demand analysis and full feasibility was commissioned.  A 10-year redevelopment plan was developed and purchase negotiations were commissioned shortly after. 
• While the potential purchaser remained interested, the seller and current owner decided to triple the asking price for the facility seemingly overnight, which led to an immediate termination of this opportunity.
