• Commissioned to  act as a project manager public services for a three-day indoor music festival hosting a major international line-up of artists. The festival was attended by some 35,000 guests per day.  
• Responsible for security, ticketing, admissions, guest services, retail, food and beverage management as well as staff and artist catering. Full responsibility of more than 50 fulltime staff and more than 600 volunteers. 
• The total engagement time was 3 months and included full setup, tear down and delivering final reports.
