- AEDP was Invited to commission a review and consult on redevelopment opportunities for an aging resort property anchored by a residential development. The property featuring a theme park, a waterpark, a horticultural park as well as several hotels and a cable car has gone into disrepair and attendance had suffered significantly over the past few years
- An economic analysis and market competitive research, mystery guests, as well as renewed vision and positioning objectives were outlined.
- Cumulating the assignment was a 2-day workshop which was attended by National and International consultants, Government Officials and other stakeholders.
