Invited to author a Strategic Redevelopment plan for Ocean Park Hong Kong, a large-scale marine life park and one of the most popular attractions in the region being visited annually by some 6 million guests.
This study covered visioning and positioning, market and financial assessments as well as economic impact. The plan included a review of the park's current offerings and earmarked several existing attractions for redevelopment and planned for an overhaul of the park's commercial offerings, especially in food and beverage.
In addition, the park redevelopment called for several new attractions and experiences merging wildlife and entertainment content.
