• Invited to author a Strategic Redevelopment plan for Ocean Park Hong Kong, a large-scale marine life park and one of the most popular attractions in the region being visited annually by some 6 million guests.
• This study covered visioning and positioning, market and financial assessments as well as economic impact, investigating the feasibility of the ambitious plans.  
• The plan included a review of the park's current offerings and earmarked several existing attractions for redevelopment and planned for an overhaul of the park's commercial offerings, especially in food and beverage.
• In addition, the park redevelopment called for several new attractions and experiences merging wildlife and entertainment content. 
• As part of the plan several interactions with the local government where held. 
• The initial stages of the redevelopment project have started recently with the project formally announced in January 2020 at a total cost of HK$10.6 Billion.
