- Commissioned to develop a market demand and feasibility study for a mixed used project outside the city of Kuqa, in the Uyghur Autonomous Region in Northern China.
- After client discussion, a masterplan was developed for the amusement park side of the development made up of rides, attractions, shows as well as retail, F&B and back of house facilities.
