Ha Long Bay | Vietnam

•  AEDP was retained by Vietnam’s second largest real estate developer, Sun Group to provide Operations and Design reviews for the Halong Sunworld complex on the bayfront overlooking the famous Halong Bay in Vietnam under design by Wyatt Design Group and Bensley Design Studios. 
• The project consisting of a world-class theme park, a waterpark, a mountain top visitor attraction reached by a record-breaking cable car as well as complementing retail and food and beverage offerings had initiated basic construction at the time. 
• The project opened to the public in phases from mid-2017 onwards and currently operates very successfully.
