- AEDP was retained by one of China’s largest development companies to author a market demand analysis and subsequently develop a vision plan for the opportunities to develop a large-scale equestrian resort on the island of Hainan.
- The development is to include several elements including a compact theme park, branded residences and hotels, retail, dining and entertainment components as well as a full array of equestrian facilities including training, holding, racing, riding and veterinary sites and locations.
