•  AEDP was retained on a project basis to assist this soon to open fairground / carnival operation at the site of the former Kai Tak Hong Kong Airport 
• As part of the contract our team managed the Hong Kong site operations leading a team of some 250 staff members and welcoming up to 25,000 guests per day for a period of about three months.
• Further we were asked to manage new site selections. This included deep due diligence research on potential local partners for new locations in the Asia Pacific region. Ultimately more than 10 locations were identified and deemed feasible.
• AEDP developed feasibility studies including P&L’s, attendance forecasts and detailed operational planning for the Hong Kong and future sites in addition to international negotiations with project partners.
• The majority shareholder decided to re-align resources and move away from the entertainment industry. As a result the rides and attractions package were sold off to a developer in Vietnam.
