• AEDP wes retained by one of the largest agglomerates in the country to develop a feasibility study for an ambitious resort complex comprising a major theme park, hotel, retail and dining elements. 
• Another exciting component of the development is focused on indoor and outdoor entertainment with a large outdoor concert venue as well as an anchoring acrobatic and cultural show. 
• The economic studies incorporated attendance, financial studies as well as vast benchmarking and case studies on both successful and failed projects. 
• The project has since been renamed CJ Live City as is currently in the design development phase and expected to open in the next 3 years.
