• Commissioned to study the compatibility of the BBC brand portfolio for application within themed entertainment projects and provide support for negotiating licensing agreements. 
• In a later stage, several market demand and feasibility studies were authored for locations available for development which was to include 2 theme parks, a waterpark, several highly themed hotels as well as an RDE development. 
• Finally, several creative development workshops were held with a creative team to design the various brands and stories in a compelling way for the various markets which lead into master planning and design reviews. 
• The project is currently in final stages of development.
