- Anchoring a large lakefront development near the New Town development of Almere, some 25 minutes outside of Amsterdam the project is designed to be a 35,000-sq. meter indoor theme park filled with 3-D and motion simulated film adventures where guests can dive under the sea, ride a racecar, experience the cold through a bobsleigh run and fly through the skies.
- AEDP was asked to commission an operational and design review of the project, as well as comment on the market demand analysis and attraction’s feasibility that had been done by the real estate developer.
